Terms of Use

Last updated September 29, 2026.

Planning information only

RemodelCostHub calculators and articles provide general planning information. They are not contractor bids, construction contracts, engineering opinions, architectural services, permit approvals, appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, or safety certifications.

Verify locally

Users are responsible for confirming prices, code, permits, structural conditions, licensing, insurance, product specifications, and project feasibility with qualified local professionals.

No guarantee

Published cost ranges and calculations can differ materially from actual proposals because local labor, hidden conditions, access, selections, contractor overhead, and scope vary.

Intellectual property

Original RemodelCostHub text, calculators, models, graphics, and branding may not be republished or misrepresented as another publisher's work without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site, services, and monetization model evolve.
